Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Seller Copilot platform and services provided by SELLER COPILOT LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17011039). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

Seller Copilot provides an e-commerce operations platform that enables users to manage orders, inventory, listings, shipping, and reporting across multiple sales channels. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

To use our platform, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorised access
  • Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
  • Transmit malicious code or harmful content
  • Resell or redistribute the platform without permission

5. Subscription & Payment

Subscription fees are based on your selected plan and are billed monthly or annually. We will notify you of any price changes at least 30 days in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of your current billing period.

6. Data & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the platform. We retain ownership of the platform, its features, and all associated intellectual property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the platform during your subscription.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seller Copilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
