Amazon integration
Amazon inventory management software for UK sellers
Connect Amazon to Seller Copilot and keep one stock figure across every channel. Stop overselling, confirm tracking back to Amazon to protect your metrics, and handle FBA and FBM the way each needs handling. Included from the free plan.
What connecting Amazon actually does
Amazon punishes the operational mistakes hardest — an oversold unit or a missing tracking number shows up in your account health fast. Amazon inventory management software exists to make those mistakes impossible. Here's what the integration handles.
One stock figure across Amazon and everywhere else
Seller Copilot holds a single stock number per SKU and keeps Amazon in step with eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop and Shopify. Sell the last unit anywhere and the Amazon quantity comes down too — the overselling that puts your account health at risk simply stops.
FBM orders in the same queue as the rest
Merchant-fulfilled (FBM) Amazon orders drop into the same screen as your other channels, so your team picks and despatches from one list instead of switching into Seller Central.
Shipment confirmed back to Amazon with tracking
When you despatch an FBM order, the carrier and tracking are confirmed back to Amazon. Accurate tracking is what protects your Valid Tracking Rate — the metric Amazon watches most closely for FBM sellers.
FBA stock reconciled, not double-counted
For FBA, Amazon fulfils the order from its own warehouses. Seller Copilot keeps your FBA and self-held stock separate so your available-to-sell numbers stay honest across channels.
How the Amazon integration works
- 1
Authorise through Amazon Selling Partner API
You approve access from Seller Central. No password is shared, and access is yours to revoke.
- 2
Match listings to your stock by SKU
Your Amazon listings are read in and tied to one stock figure per SKU, with FBA and self-held stock kept apart.
- 3
Orders in, stock out, tracking back
FBM orders pull in for despatch; stock changes push out to every channel; tracking is confirmed back to Amazon when you ship.
What it doesn't do: we don't create FBA inbound shipments or run Amazon PPC. Seller Copilot manages your orders, stock and despatch — the operational core — around the way you already sell on Amazon.
What it costs
Connecting Amazon is included on every plan, including the free plan, with no separate integration fee. You move up a tier only as your monthly orders, SKUs or channels grow. See the full pricing for each tier's limits.
Amazon integration FAQs
How do I connect Amazon? +
You authorise Seller Copilot through Amazon's Selling Partner API from your Seller Central account. You approve the access on Amazon's side — no password is shared — and you can remove it again from Seller Central whenever you want.
How does stock sync protect my Amazon account health? +
Overselling and cancelling FBM orders damages your Amazon metrics. Because Seller Copilot updates your Amazon quantity every time stock changes on another channel, the last unit can't be sold twice — so you avoid the cancellations that hurt account health.
Does it handle both FBA and FBM orders? +
Yes, differently, as they should be. FBM orders come in for you to despatch, with tracking confirmed back to Amazon. FBA orders are fulfilled by Amazon; Seller Copilot reconciles the stock so your available quantity across channels stays right.
Will it keep my Valid Tracking Rate up? +
Confirming shipment with a real tracking number is what counts towards Valid Tracking Rate. Seller Copilot writes the carrier and tracking back to Amazon when you despatch an FBM order, so valid tracking is recorded without you retyping it into Seller Central.
Does it work with more than one Amazon marketplace? +
Yes. Orders and stock sync across the Amazon marketplaces on your account, so a UK seller also selling on other Amazon sites manages them in the same place.
Do I need to change my Amazon listings? +
No. Seller Copilot matches your existing Amazon listings to your stock by SKU. You carry on creating and editing listings in Seller Central; we manage the stock and order operations around them.
What does the Amazon integration cost? +
Connecting Amazon is included on every plan, starting with the free plan. There's no separate integration fee — you only move up a tier when your orders, SKUs or channels grow past the free limits.
