Can I use Evri for some orders and Royal Mail for others? +
Yes — that's the point of managing both in one place. You can send letters and small items by Royal Mail and heavier parcels by Evri, choosing per order or by a rule based on weight and value, without switching tools.
Does Evri tracking go back to the marketplace? +
Yes. When the Evri label is created, its tracking number is written to the order and sent back to the channel, so the marketplace marks the order despatched and shows the buyer their tracking automatically.
Does it work with ParcelShop drop-off and courier collection? +
Both. Seller Copilot generates the Evri label for the service you've chosen, whether you're dropping parcels at a ParcelShop or having them collected from you.
Can I batch-print Evri labels? +
Yes. Select the orders going by Evri and print all their labels at once, instead of generating them one at a time — the same batch workflow as the rest of your despatch.
