Does connecting eBay share my password? +
No. You connect through eBay's own secure sign-in (OAuth). You approve the permissions on eBay's site and we never see or store your eBay password. You can revoke access from your eBay account at any time.
How does stock sync stop overselling on eBay? +
Seller Copilot holds one stock figure per SKU. When a sale happens on any connected channel, it reduces that figure and updates the quantity on your eBay listings. So the last unit can't sell twice across eBay and, say, Amazon.
Will it help with eBay late-despatch defects? +
Yes. When you mark an order despatched with tracking, we send that to eBay so your despatch is recorded on time. Keeping tracking accurate is the main thing that protects your late-despatch and defect rates.
Does it work with eBay UK and other eBay sites? +
Yes. The integration works with eBay UK and other eBay sites on your account. Orders, stock and tracking sync the same way regardless of which eBay site the sale came from.
Can I print Royal Mail labels for eBay orders? +
Yes. You can batch-print Royal Mail and Evri labels for eBay orders, and the tracking number is written back to the eBay order automatically once the label is generated.
Do I need to rebuild my eBay listings? +
No. We read your existing eBay listings and match them to your stock by SKU. You keep listing and editing on eBay as you do now; Seller Copilot manages the stock and order side around them.
